SHIPPING & RETURNS

RB26 ships via FedEx/DHL/UPS. All packages are insured. An email containing the tracking number will be sent upon shipment.

US: Free domestic shipping on orders over 100 USD.
Canada: Flat rate of 25 USD.
PO/APO/FPO Boxes: We are unable to ship domestically/internationally to these addresses at the moment.

All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered by an independent carrier that is not affiliated with or controlled by RB26 LLC. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to the buyer when RB26 LLC delivers these items to a carrier.

A free return shipping label will be emailed upon request for shipments within the US. If you would like an exchange shipped to a different address, please include the new address, and notify us by email. Returns and exchanges are processed within 7 business days upon receipt. You will receive a credit memo email once the refund to your credit card has been processed. Please allow up to 5 business days for the credit to be applied to your account. RB26 will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a full refund under the policy terms described below.

Full Price Merchandise: Must be shipped back to RB26 within 30 days of original delivery date.
Sale Price Merchandise: Must be shipped back to RB26 within 14 days of original delivery date.
Final Sale Merchandise (including online sample sale items): Cannot be returned or exchanged, and will promptly be shipped back to the customer upon receipt by RB26 if attempted to return/exchange.

Any damaged or defective merchandise should be promptly shipped back to RB26 for replacement. Defective merchandise will not be accepted after 30 days of original delivery date; it will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. Please send the package with a traceable service so it can be located if it disappears during transit.
